I surprised my girlfriend on here birthday for a full couples treatment (pedicure, manicure and the Journey to Eden) and had the best time ever!!!!!I had never done anything close to this in my life and manly went through with it only to keep my girlfriend company and do something romantic to pamper her on “her day”.įirst of all I never really saw the place and I live 5 minutes from there and was overwhelmed with the size and all the facilities they have… is crazy they have everything!!!! The service was incredible and I begged the woman that gave me the Journey to Eden to give me my pedicure (pedicures are definitely a keeper in my monthly schedule from now on) she was so combing and knew exactly how to read my body so I definitely recommend her (Sara!!!I think her last name is Danio) !!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS HORRIBLE, MISMANAGED, JOKE OF A “SPA”. My husband was right as we were walking out, “our experience probably would have been mediocre at best, considering the place reminded him of an upscale swap shop”. I went to the counter again asked if the guy with the blonde ponytail was Robert and he confirmed it was him. Let’s just say my temper was through the roof. 10 minutes later he finally came back and started with “I’m so sorry but your appointment was scheduled for June 11th”. He looked at us and said he would be right back. We walked in at 10:30 am on May 11th, tried to check in and the gentleman behind the counter had a look of horror on his face.

He scheduled our 80 minute couple massage for May 11th at 11 am with salt therapy to follow, free of charge, for the prior scheduling mistake. I specifically told Robert that I wanted him to schedule our massage appointment so there would be NO mistakes. Robert finally called after my snarky message. I had to leave several messages, the last message I left was slightly snarky for the fact he had not returned my calls for 2 days. The following Monday/Tuesday I reached out to Robert directly. Robert the manager attempted to correct the screw up but was unable to do so and never called me to let me know that they were unable to rearrange.
I received a text message on April 26th confirming our appointment the following day at 3pm?!! I immediately called and the s*%! show began. I wanted to something special for him and scheduled 80 minute couples massage at 11 am, on April 27th. My husband recently started traveling for work so I only get to see him every two weeks for a total of 4 days at a time. Never have I experienced such incompetence! I am required to pick a star but I would prefer to give lots of negative ones.
